ASFA-compliant Model Court Orders for Use in Child in Need of Care (CINC) Proceedings
Thanks to Judge Nancy Konrad and Jefferson Parish Juvenile Court for developing ASFA-compliant model court order templates for your use in CINC proceedings. These templates are the product of many hours of research and editing. They have been reviewed for federal Title IV-E and ASFA compliance by DCFS staff. The templates are presented in Word format, which you can easily download. Text boxes allow for “reasonable efforts” and “best interest/contrary to the welfare” individualized findings and for the customization and expansion of other court findings and orders.
