The 2010 inclusionMATTERS: Louisiana's Statewide Conference on Inclusive Education will be held during the 2010 National Inclusive Schools Week. InclusionMATTERS is Louisiana's premier learning opportunity for parents and school personnel concerned with inclusive education for students of all ages with any disability. Parents, teachers, para-educators, related service staff, administrators, everyone is welcome!
This year's program has been expanded to two days providing all participants with opportunities to learn from nationally recognized, inclusive education and school reform experts, and educators implementing inclusive practices daily.
Also back by popular demand is the Principal's Academy for administrators addressing issues specific to leadership for implementing campus-wide, best practices in inclusive schooling and access to the general curriculum for students with disability labels.
Registration Fees: Early Registration: $100.00 by November 15, 2010 After November 15, 2010: $125.00
This is your chance to learn more about possibilities and effective strategies for planning and implementing more inclusive practices for your child, on your campus, or in your district.
